Description
A thick white meaty fillet that is low in fat with a mild delicate flavor. When cooked the fillet takes on a bright white appearance. Cod fillets are versitile and can be easily baked, broiled, sauteed, boiled, steemed or deep fried. Fillets are sold skinless and boneless in a variety of cuts including full nape cut, vee-cut and J-cut.
